Fire Door Safety week, 24-30 September, is an annual campaign by the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) supported by BRE that aims to engage and educate building owners and building users about the critical role that fire doors play in delaying the spread of smoke and fire, and keeping occupants and firefighters safe. BRE has supported the BWF in developing a series of emotive and educational films for this year’s FDSW campaign.  These five films highlight the potentially devastating effects of fire and smoke and the need to ensure that best practice and standards are followed throughout the industry.
