BRE Academy appoints Darren Ardeman as Head of eLearning

As part of its ongoing expansion of online courses, BRE Academy, the training and lifelong learning division of BRE  has appointed Darren Ardeman as Head of eLearning. 'We have ambitious growth plans, a wealth of exciting topics and some amazing expertise that we want to bring to market,' said Pauline Traetto, BRE Academy Director. 'This new role reflects our commitment to new and dynamic ways and formats for delivering digital learning, development and CPD. We have always had a reputation for the content quality of our courses. Adding new and improved formats and delivery methods will take us to a whole new level.' 'I was incredibly impressed with the breadth and depth of incredible knowledge at BRE' said Ardeman on his appointment. 'The chance to be part of bringing that knowledge to a wider audience, in a really dynamic, fast moving part of the business, was irresistible. The mix of academic, commercial and charity is pretty unique, and the product developments that we already have in progress are exciting, to say nothing of the next generation of course delivery already in our sights.' Ardeman joins BRE Academy from start-up DLA, which specializes in the delivery of regulatory, introductory and developmental learning and development opportunities. His previous roles have included Quality and Curriculum Manager for the London Borough of Hillingdon, and Director of Educational Development at digital publishing house, Global Vocational Skills Ltd. He has worked in education, learning and development, product development and the technology sector.
