    The Future of Sustainable Housing

The Future of Sustainable Housing - This event has already finished

    3 June 2013
Institution of Civil Engineers, London W1

Join the key players and influencers in the housing sector for an event that explores the future of sustainable housing in the UK. The event will review what has been learned from the UK’s approach in the last six years and discuss what the key elements should be in a future strategy so that it brings value to occupants, developers and society as a whole.

A key part of the event will be a panel debate featuring a range of contributors who will share their views and experiences with invited guests and take questions from the floor.

The debate will be followed by an awards presentation marking the best achievements in sustainable housing delivery in the past six years, including a special commemoration of the 100,000th home built to the Code for Sustainable Homes.

During the event, data exploring the decrease in additional cost to meet compliance against the increase in supply of  homes built to the Code for Sustainable Homes will be published.

The event will conclude with wine, canapes and networking.
